Job Title: Program Manager
Reports To: Program Head

Position Summary:

The Program Manager is responsible for the implementation, reporting, and monitoring of the Masoom Program across seven schools and two Evening Learning Centers (ELCs). This role involves executing Masoom’s Night School Upgradation Program, ensuring program alignment with organizational goals, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

School Upgradation

  • Achieve at least 70% student enrollment and attendance across six assigned night schools.
  • Oversee the annual upgradation of each assigned school using Masoom’s gradation tool.
  • Ensure 100% implementation of the School Development Plan for six schools.
  • Develop Annual Plans for seven schools and two ELCs in alignment with Masoom’s Night School Upgradation Program.
  • Implement monthly plans for all budgeted activities in six schools.
  • Conduct daily supervision of Masoom’s Night School Teachers (School Leaders) through school visits.
  • Support the Program Head in performance reviews of School Leaders for seven schools and two ELCs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with headmasters, trustees, teachers, and SMDC members for seven schools and two ELCs to support NSTP planning and implementation.
  • Serve as the liaison between program verticals and the students and stakeholders at seven schools and two ELCs to integrate Masoom activities.
  • Collaborate with other teams as needed for program synergy.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Document and report program progress using Masoom’s Monitoring & Evaluation tools.
  • Prepare and submit specific reports and data as required by donors.

Budget Utilization

  • Ensure full budget utilization for seven schools and two ELCs in accordance with quarterly plans and timelines.

Volunteer Management & Other Activities

  • Oversee volunteer work across seven schools and two ELCs.
  • Assist Masoom’s Senior Management with organizational plans as required.

Qualifications:

  • MSW/BSW or a graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in program implementation and stakeholder management, preferably within the social or education sectors.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
